Domestic Exhibitor Application Deadline: February 15, 2025

Canadian exhibitors interested in showcasing their products and services must submit their application by this date to secure a spot in the exhibition. Ensure all required documents and materials are included in your submission for timely processing.

International Exhibitor Application Deadline: November 10, 2024

For international exhibitors wishing to participate, the deadline for applications is set earlier to accommodate visa processing and logistical arrangements. This ensures a seamless experience for our global participants. Early application is encouraged to facilitate visa support and other preparations.

Final Promotional Material Submission: February 28, 2025

To maximize visibility, all exhibitors are encouraged to submit their promotional materials, including digital ads, brochures, and signage, by this date. These materials will be featured in our official event guide, on the website, and through our digital channels to enhance your brand’s exposure ahead of the event.

Booth Assignments Confirmed: March 1, 2025

Exhibitors will receive confirmation of their booth locations, along with setup instructions and floor plans. This allows adequate time to plan your exhibition space and prepare materials for a successful showcase.

Exhibit Setup: March 20, 2025

On the day before the official event, exhibitors will have full access to set up their booths, displays, and materials. Our team will be on-site to assist with any last-minute arrangements and ensure everything is ready for the exhibition.

Exhibition Dates: March 21-22, 2025

The exhibition will run for two full days, offering unparalleled opportunities to connect with attendees, network with professionals, and showcase your products and services to a diverse and global audience.
