The Black Women Business Network (BWBN) is a dynamic organization committed to empowering Black women entrepreneurs and professionals across Canada, Africa, and the Caribbean. At the core of BWBN is the mission to foster economic security, professional development, and leadership opportunities for Black women in diverse industries. Pasima Sule

Pasima is the visionary founder of BWBN with over 15 years of experience in empowering Black women entrepreneurs and has two decades with leadership roles across continents. She specializes in creating platforms for networking, mentorship, and business growth opportunities on an international scale.

Franklin Bouguep

Director Strategic Partnerships & Development

Franklin Bouguep


Franklin is a champion for women’s advancement with 20+ years of global experience in strategic management, operations and governance. Franklin’s expertise spans North America, Europe, and Africa, focusing and he speaks English, French, and Portuguese, bringing a wealth of international perspective to BWBN.

Lenora Gobina

Lead Marketing & Social Media Initiatives

Lenora Gobina

Lenora has a rich background in community engagement and event planning, exceling in creating impactful brand messages across various media. Her diverse experience in facility services and retail management, coupled with skills in negotiations and business planning, makes her an invaluable asset to BWEPC’s success.

Michou Bebiche

Events and Outreach Consultant

Michou Bebiche

Michou with seven years of international event planning experience, has orchestrated successful events across Canada, the US, and Morocco. Her cross-cultural expertise and innovative approach ensure BWEPC delivers world-class experiences that resonate with our diverse global audience.
